Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 June 2026

This policy explains what information StackCrown ("we", "us", "the site") collects when you visit stackcrown.co, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and send the emails you ask for.

Who we are

StackCrown is an independent review site for solopreneurs, operated from the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@stackcrown.co. For data-protection purposes, StackCrown is the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

We do not ask for, or store, your name, address, payment details or any other personal information. There are no user accounts on this site.

How we use it

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, ever.

The providers we use

Subscriptions and emails are handled by Systeme.io, which stores your email address securely on our behalf so we can send the messages you requested. Our website is served through Cloudflare, which also provides the privacy-first analytics described above. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

Cookies

StackCrown itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and our analytics is cookieless. Some links on the site are affiliate links: if you click one and then make a purchase, the destination website (for example Systeme.io, or a merchant through Awin) may set its own cookie to credit us for the referral. That cookie is set by them, on their site, under their privacy policy, not ours. See our affiliate disclosure for more.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. The simplest way to remove yourself is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, which takes effect immediately. For anything else, email hello@stackcrown.co and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you stay subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from active mailing and deleted in line with our provider's retention process. Analytics data is aggregate and is not tied to you.

Children

StackCrown is intended for adults running or starting a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes affecting subscribers will be noted by email.
